I have made this routine for myself and i was wondering if its good for mass and strength?

Monday/Thursday- Chest/Biceps

Decline Bench Press 2 x 8 2 x 6
Incline Dumbbell Press 4 x 5reps (increase weight if comfortable)
straight dumbbell flies 3 x 15 (increase weight each set by 5 pounds)
Weighted Pushups 3 x max reps (put a plate of 45 or whatever you feel comfortable with, just go for max pushups with that weight on your back)
Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8 2 x 4
Ez Curl Bar (Close Grip) 4 x 5
Preacher Curl 3 x 10
Seated Hammer Curl 4 x 8

Tuesday/Friday - Shoulders/Back
shoulder press 4 x 10
Military press 4 x 5 reps
arnold press 3 x 10
Lateral raises 3 x 8 -10 reps
Lat pull down 3 x 10 2 x 8
Cable rows 4 x 10
Deadlifts 1 x 10 , 8 ,6 ,4 (increase by 10 pounds everytime and for 4 reps increase by 15 pounds) MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A BELT FOR THE DEADLIFTS AND SQUATS
Dumbbell pullover 4 x 6

Wednesday/Saturday- triceps/legs
Skull crushers 3 x 10
Single arm pull down 4 x 6-8 (increase weight each set)
cable pull down 4 x 6 reps(same weight)
cloes grip bench press 3 x 15
Squat 3 x 6 -8 1 x 20 reps
leg extension & Leg Curl 2 x 8 2 x 6 2 x 4
calf raises 4 x 25-30
side leg raises 4 x max reps

2 hour workout and 30 minute cardio
SUNDAY REST DAY
