1. A person, must take good diet full of protein and vitamin.
2. Some fresh fruits, must be taken along with the meal.
3. Meals should, be full of fibres and vitamins.
4. Regular exercise, should be in practice for 30 minutes.
5. Eggs, should be consumed daily to gain weight.
6. Bananas, are the good fruit to gain weight.

It is very easy to put on body weight such as there are many excellent and nutritional diet plans available. Dairy, natural, dairy products and in the fruits bananas celery apple and the other foods are grain meat etc. These are very excellent to put on body weight and make the healthy body. Daily workout is necessary to process such food...

Its too difficult to get gain weight but it depends on you how much weight you want to get.
1. Regular exercise, should be in practice for 30 minutes.

First of all when you plan to gain your weight then keep in mind that increase calories intake and eat a lot of protein rich food like beans, pulses etcetera. Apply simple formula Eat more and move less which is really very beneficial to gain your weight.
