hi everyone, I am in my early 30s, female and from the UK. I have been training for the past 10 years and just happened to find my way here whilst browsing other forums

usually during "introductions", you are asked 'why are you here? or what would you like to achieve?... so in response ....

I have always taken a keen interest in health and fitness. I am hoping to find myself some like minded people, who have greater discipline than i do!

I tend to go to the gym a few times a week but want to make sure that I dont miss sessions... I am supposed to be going swimming to up my fitness, that's where I am really slacking at the moment... well that and my diet at times.

My primary/ main goal currently is to tone/ build up some muscle, which is work in progress... I have begun to get much stronger, so heading in the right direction. I do occasionally take protein shakes, usually after weight sessions at the gym. My secondary goal is to up my fitness. I don't need to loose weight, just tone.
