Training Tips ?

Well to start of i haven't really trained ever, other than i used to play football on a regular basis. ( havent done that either since i moved country)
Basically i want to get back into shape but dont know where to start, i eventually want to take up some martial arts maybe boxing etc...
Any tips on what type of training regime suit me im about 5'11 but skinny.

Also any info on how to gain weight would be great to.

The basic diet for weight gain that should contain nutritious, high calorie foods. carbohydrate
is also assential part for the weight gain. The diet for the carbohydrate meal bread, potatoes, brown
rice, pasta, couscous,fresh and dried fruits.
