Put as many vegetables as you can in there, low salt, cook very lightly, not the typical punjabi style cooking where you burn the thing to pulp :lols: I would recommend using extra virgin olive oil, but be careful not to reach its smoking point ie. cook lightly

There's loads of options for tofu,

try the Peri Peri sauces from Nandos

try BBQ sauce, or Honey BBQ Sauce

You can throw the tofu into rice to make a biryani

Chuck some tofu into noodles to make a chow mein

Use tandoori paste, korma paste, etc. to make an indian dish with side dishes as hSingh mentioned

the options are limitless

make chutney (the green 1)

heat a pan
put the desired amount of soya in the pan.
add water.
after water evaporates add the chutney and stir until every piece of soya is covered.
tastes beautiful and is healthy, high in protein.
and on those high carb days have a soya sandwhich.

another method is:
cook the soya in 15-20g of butter (depending on how much soya you have)
when it is cooked leave in the pan with the gas on and add jeera.
add any veg to taste (e.g peppers)

Also you could soak them overnight and in the morning squeeze the water out and eat them raw.

you could boil them in the morning and eat them plain.

The above are all for soya but im sure you could use the same for tofu.

especially with the tofu, as they taste nicer, plain tofu with rice or noodles are nice.
you could cook tofu in all of the above ways.

if i get any more recipes i will post them here, if any one has any more soya recipes please post them here and also any other breakfast ideas.
