A best quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good concept for weight gain,
Some people considered that their muscle mass increases with the help of protein supplements that contain certain blends of amino acids, such as creatine and glutamine....

Different people choose the different ways for weight gain of the
body.Fruits and milk is best for the weight gaining.But i will advise
you to avoid from fried stuff and too much excessive usages of meat.But
according to me banana diet so good for the weight gain.

You will be taking on a lot more food than you are accustomed to and your body will be getting a lot of nutrition and the most significant factor is how much food or related supplement you are consuming throughout the day which plays some good role for gaining weight.

I don't think it is the best way to use supplements or the medications for the weight gaining because these medication have adverse reaction for the health and cause some health complication, so I avoid all these supplements and steroids.
I believe in natural and nutritional diet plan for the healthy weight gain, and it is the best way for the weight management.

There is nothing like weight loss supplements don’t work but it should be taken with a proper diet plan as well as perform some physical activities to tone your body.

Agree with you that multivitamin and mineral supplement help you in weight gain and like to add, those who wants to gain weight must increase their number of meals, add smarter food more in their daily meals and take lots of snacks.
