Question of the week - Poll about training partners

Postby Canuck Singh » Mon Jan 19, 2009 1:13 pm

So here is the poll of the week:

Do you have a training partner?

Some benefits of having a training partner include:
- providing that extra pump to increase the intensity during a set
- keeping it safe by providing a spot
- easing the efforts of replacing weights
- motivation to get in there each and every day

Some of the tough points:
- spotting too much and doing the work for you
- different goals and wanting to do things their own way
- yelling so loud on that set with 10's the whole gym stares your way
- outdoing you in bench, even though you swear you were ready to beat em' with that extra lassi you drank

:lols: Feel free to add more and vote up top.
