Good to see you are making progress. A word of advice however, pull ups and chin ups generally take a rather long time to get stronger. So 2 weeks may not be enough to add another 2. But hey, if you can do it, I will ask you for pointers lol I have been stuck with 8 bw pull ups for months!

Good afternoon people,

Just checking in. My 1.5 mile run got better. Last time that they timed my run it was at 12.05. My goal is to take it under 12 minutes. :D However, my chinups and pullups decreased. I think it is because I was not sleeping and eating enough. I am now back to my old day shift so I will be resting and eating accordingly. :)

I will check back on monday after my run!
