LIsten to Gatka Drum tempo's, and instrumentals to eye of tiger and hearts on fire,

Anything that is free of swears, and inspiration is good for me,

so If anyone is willing to share those, please do.

Otherwise, the Drum and Drive works best for me, and there is research that the right beat increases EPO, perhaps why the Singhs in battle were so driven' by the beat of the drum

If you want to know more about Drum beat and EPO, please ask

.p.s Today i did 3 reps with 4 plates on squat

Why don't you post your history in an introduction, or your big lifts in the appropriate thread in the training journals section. Any tips you would like to share? 8-)

This ringtone really pumps me up. It's only 30 seconds, it can be played in a loop.
WAHEGURUWAHEGURUWAHEGURU.mp3

The full recording can be downloaded from sikhsoul.com. Someone can extract the WAHEGURU WAHEGURU WAHEGURU bit from the larger file.

I seem to zone out during my workouts :? I don't really pay attention to any music while doing my sets. I hear my workout buddy yelling at me, that's about it :P
