Iv tried to do as much training as possible and stay hydrated. The weights/ equipment was limited. But iv progressed on Man Makers, can almost do two sets of 12 reps. lol, yeah thought id go on holiday while you guys catch up. :D

The way i was taught man makers is the same but once you raise the dumbells over your head, we do two reps of shoulder dumbell presses then carry on, as shown in the video. Its a lot harder then it looks.

Yeah goal was to lose fat, but try to maintain muscle mass. Went to the gym this morning for a quick 30min sting to see how far back iv dropped. Struggled to really get grips with weights, arms started to ache from the word go. Some what dishearten but was about to happen so just going to have to clime that mountain again.

Whoa! Man Maker looks bloody awesome !!! :lol: It's a total body workout, I will do these for sure when I train for fat loss :showoff

we should only eat food height in protien and low in crab :)
