205x3(almost lost it)

I fear you are going to heavy too fast... lower the weight and complete more reps.

You may very well be setting yourself up for injury

Good progress Singh. Especially on squats and deadlift. How much do you weigh now?

the offical weight in isssssss

162lbs...

quite weird, although, i think when i started i was around 157ish, just below 160. weight for me takes time to pack on, atleast lean weight. although my strengthen gains are going up! :)

my success is probably due to the fact that i am consistant now, been going 5weeks straight, really heavy weights, and really good diet. sleeping patterns are getting a lot better as well, im actually getting up early for class and everything. does this mark a new beginning for me?!
at the end of this week, (got two more days left), i will post a summary on what i have improved on, and what is lacking still. will see how close i am to reaching my short term goals.

Day 3: Shoulders and Triceps - very short workout, got law school admission test coming up, need to focus on that

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: warmup 40x6, 50x6, 55x6, 60x6, 65x4 - Amazing because last time i only did 55 with difficutly, today it seemed so easy
Military Press Machine
Close Grip Bench: warmup 95x8, 115x6, 115x6, 115x5
Tricep Extensions, 37.5(onmachine)x7, 37.5x6, 37.5x6
Dumbelll Onearm extension: 17.5x6, 17.5x6, 17.5x6 (should have gone up in weight)

amazing how i could do 65lb dumbbells today, was shocked how easy 55 and 60 was. cant wait to hit 70+!

*leg press broken at the gym :x
Leg Extension: 130x8, 145x8, 175x6, 175x5
Hamstring Curls
Lunges: no weight x8 (for each leg), 30lb dumbbells x8, 30x8

not impressed today, ive been taking more days off as a result of a really heavy uni schedule now. i have my LSAT's coming up in less then 2 weeks, so ive been really focusing on that. im still trying to go in atleast once every other day, but we will see what happens. after these two weeks i will be more free.
