Hi,im 18 and from England. Im new to weight training and joined this forums to get tips and stuff. I have a few weights at home but want to start lifting seriously and will be joining a gym and need help with a routine to start on.

Also need help with protein shakes,i think at the moment i dont get enough protein and know this is important for training. Also there are so many products out there so its very confusing. Also im pure vegeterian and need to find one that doesnt use eggs n stuff ( i think some use egg but i dno)

At the moment im about 75kg and 5'11 and looking to build muscle and get bigger as im quite skinny at the moment.

If theres anything else you would like to know then just ask :)
