So at the new gym there are a series of challenges. One is whowever runs a 6 minute mile gets £10 of their membership fee. I want that £10 lol. So Canuck Singh Ji can you please help me come up with a training programme to increase my speed?

What is your current time for a mile? How old are you? Your height weight?

I used to do a 5K in 26 minutes a few years ago. So doing a 6 minute mile is reasonable.

No worries Cuncuck veer, look forward to your very helpful input.

Sporty...I can do 5km in 25minutes no problem. 1 mile in under 6 minutes is a different story for me personally lol  I can do the pace (16kph) for about 4.5 minutes before my legs give in.

If you can do the mile in under 6 minutes consider yourself one very fit sportsardar!!
