Don't know what that is, but why would you need something like that anyways?

Sat Sri Akaal

I came across this website just at the right time I think.

I am currently overweight (by a huge amount!) Currently weighing just over 17stones, have never trained in my life.

Was wondering how I can first shed weight and tone up, I really do not know where to start, I have spoken to people but I get confused with all the techno babble.

If some one could push me in the right direction that would be amazing! Thanks

Hello Mista Singh, welcome to SIF.

To start off, I would encourage you to start a new thread and post your current diet in that thread. We can then change the diet as needed, that would be the first step in the right direction. As far as exercise is concerned, currently, something is better than nothing. If you have never worked out, start by walking everyday for 30+ minutes to elevate your heart rate. We will throw in weight training in a bit as well to help you gain muscle.
