Brain fog after anxiety

Postby jangandkim18 » Sat Jun 13, 2009 6:34 pm

I went to sleep yesterday, after a bit of fasting, and I might have had my hypoglycemic dip at night (if I am hypoglycemic), because I woke up with shortness of breath (sign of nocturnal panic), and feeling very anxious. Finally after drinking glycerine and eating, the anxiety passed a bit, but I was suffering now from a so-called brain fog.

Basically I feel really zoned out, cannot focus on anything, and I also feel very much like doing nothing, just want to be left alone, etc - because everything I have to focus my attention on (or care about) would be too much.
