Well fruit is good for you and taste best. Fruit does, have a lot of sugar in it but it is a natural type of sugar. It is much, worse to consume juice and other sweet that have artificial flavours and medium corn sugar. You don't have to eat, a lot of fruit but just one medium piece of fruit regularly will give you the nutrient, and vitamin that you need.

Hi all
There are much more vitamins in a fruit and banana have many calories and banana is good source for gain weight.Vitamin a,b,c,d,e,g all vitamins in all fruits.
